JULY 26, 2014, PETER & JUDY LABBE’S, 33 Patriot Dr., Brunswick, 3:00 p.m.
Patriot Dr. is just beyond the old Brunswick Drive-In lot on the right, heading toward Freeport on Old Rt. 1 (Old Portland Road).
STAY & PLAY – Plenty of open space for tent and camper camping for the night, grills available for cooking, clean portable toilets on site, large party tent(s) for protection from the elements, keg of beer (B.Y.O.B. if beer is not your thing), tables/chairs, trash cans, outdoor lighting, condiments, and paper products provided. B.Y.O.Cooler.
FOOD – Some food provided from Michaud’s Market: Veggie plates, finger rolls, potato salad, sandwich platter (roast beef, turkey, ham), condiments, chips, cold nonalcoholic drinks. Beer provided. Grills will still be be available for anyone who chooses to cook. Some other food items (chili, meatballs, desserts, etc.) are being made/provided by committee members, and please feel free to contribute a food item of your own to this momentous occasion! In the words of the ever-thoughtful Ken Coulombe: “No one will go hungry!”
SWIMMING – There is a pond on the Labbe’s property for swimming!
NO GLASS CONTAINERS ON THE PROPERTY PLEASE – People will be walking around in bare feet from swimming, etc. Keep it safe.
DJ – Larry Moore, Rainbow Productions: WICKED FUN!
LOCAL RIDES – Rides provided to/from Labbe’s and local hotels or wherever you are staying. NO DRINKING AND DRIVING; PERIOD.
